OPS search for suspect connected to auto theft

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they say was involved in an auto theft.
Police received a call about a stolen dump truck on May 20. The stolen vehicle was seen travelling eastbound on Eagleson Road and onto Highway 417.
Police say the stolen vehicle collided with multiple vehicles and came to a stop on the highway just east of Carling Avenue. A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of stolen property.
Police initiated a canine track for another person who fled the scene but received negative results.
Police describe the suspect driver as a man wearing glasses, a dark top and a dark tuque.
