Suspect arrested after shots fired at Gatineau home

One suspect has been arrested after shots were reportedly fired into a home Friday morning.
The Gatineau Police Service responded to a call shortly before 6 a.m. to a home on Lambert Street in the Hull area of Gatinueau.
Police say officers intervened rapidly and no injuries were reported in the situation.
Police were also able to locate and arrest a suspect nearby. They remain in police custody.
A large security perimeter was set up tp allow investigators to do their work.
Fournier Boulevard was closed in both directions during the investigation and police were on site to direct traffic. Residents were asked to avoid the area.
