According to the post by the officer, the driver drew attention to themselves for being alone in the high-occupancy vehicle lane during rush hour on Tuesday. Police also said the vehicle was seen travelling at a high rate of speed, 138 km/h, near Moodie Drive.
One stopped, the driver revealed a G2 licence and police noted they were already suspended.
