Repeat offender known to frequent Ottawa wanted across Canada

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is seeking assistance in locating a federal offender wanted for breaching his statutory release.
Clint Guitor, 44, is serving a two year sentence for five counts of failure to comply with a probation order, two counts of theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and robbery.
OPP say he is known to frequent Ottawa and the surrounding area.
Guitor is described as a White male, 5’7″, 165lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a leaf tattoo and a blue dice tattoo on his right upper arm. He also has identifiable scars on his upper lip, left forearm and forehead.
