Cocaine, methamphetamine, guns seized in Leeds County

A Brockville man and woman have been arrested and charged with multiple firearm-related offences.

OPP say an investigation began in February. That investigation led to a search warrant at a residence in Leeds County.

During the search, officers seized two fire arms, ammunition, a Red Devils Motorcycle Club vest, a 3D printer and seven 3D printed firearm receivers, and various electronics.

They also seized four grams of suspected cocaine, 1.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a large quantity of illicit cannabis, and $1,500 in Canadian currency.

As a result, a 36-year-old female and a 38-year-old male have been charged with careless use of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition; unauthorized possession of a firearm; and trafficking firearms, weapons, devices or ammunition.

The male has also been charged with pointing a firearm, sexual assault, sexual interference, and assault.

The female was additionally charged with three counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Both accused remain in custody following a bail hearing.

Police say no further information will be released to protect the identity of the victim.
