UPDATE: La Cité campuses currently in security mode following threat

The Ottawa and Orléans (Institute of Specialized Trades) campuses of La Cité College are currently in security mode following threat school officials posted to social media accounts on Dec. 2.
In a message posted to social media channels, school officials stated that police officers are on the scene and are urging staff and students to remain calm.
Police said there is no immediate threat to the public, and the investigation is ongoing.
Updates will be made available as soon as possible.
