Man remains in hospital after Centretown stabbing

OTTAWA – A man remains in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he was stabbed in broad daylight, Wednesday afternoon.

The stabbing happened near the intersection of Bank Street and MacLaren Street, just before 5 p.m.

Ottawa police told 1310news that a man was arrested at the scene.

An investigation is on-going. Anyone with information on the stabbing is asked to contact police.
