Hawkesbury OPP charge three people in gas station robbery

Three people are facing charges in connection with an alleged gas station robbery in Hawkesbury.

Around 3:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, the Hawkesbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a robbery at a gas station on County Road 4 in Champlain Township.

It's alleged three people attended the business, demanded money and made threats of violence.

The OPP said a quick response by police led to the arrest of three people.

Ryan Parsons, 39, of Hawkesbury, faces the following charges:

Adult robbery with theft
Adult possession break in instruments
Adult possession property obtained by crime under $5,000
Adult possession property obtained by crime over $5,000
Adult fail to comply with probation order (three counts)
Adult possession of a schedule I substance – methamphetamine
Adult possession of a schedule I substance- cocaine

Parsons is also facing the following charges in connection with a separate robbery that took place on Sunday, Oct. 16 at a convenience store on John Street in Hawkesbury:

Adult fail to comply with probation order – two counts
Adult robbery with theft

Lisa Brenda Cummings, 33, of Champlain Township, faces the following charges:

Adult robbery with theft
Adult possession break in instruments
Adult possession property obtained by crime under $5,000 (two counts)
Adult possession of a schedule I substance- cocaine
Adult possession of a schedule I substance – methamphetamine

Emmanuelle Pharand, 33, of Hawkesbury, is charged with:

Adult flight from peace officer
Adult robbery with theft
Adult possession break in instruments
Adult possession property obtained by crime under $5,000 (two counts)
Adult possession of a schedule I substance- cocaine
Adult possession of a schedule I substance – methamphetamine
Adult driving while under suspension

All three were taken into custody ahead of bail hearings.
