O-Train assault video investigated

A disturbing video, recorded on an O-Train, shows an apparently transgender teen girl being repeatedly punched by a teen boy.
In the video, the girl is seated when a boy standing next to begins punching her, repeatedly, and shoving her out of her seat.
The video then cuts to the girl standing with her back to the boy, and he punches her in the back of the head as she walks away.
Multiple onlookers then cheer.
Ottawa Police confirm the incident happened on the Trillium Line, last Friday evening. Police are investigating but no charges have been laid, so far.
