Ottawa light rail train towed away from Hurdman Station

Two Ottawa light rail trains were seen shut down just outside Hurdman Station during a test run.
Last Thursday, an onlooker keeping an eye on the system's progress posted a tweet about cars potentially malfunctioning.
The observer describes seeing two cars sitting outside Hurdman station all day and one car being towed away.
The City of Ottawa responded to our request for information Sunday night, saying arm supports for the vehicle's overhead catenary system came loose and repairs were made immediately.
Earlier in June, it was reported that the trains were having issues with break valves, doors getting stuck and the onboard computer that announces stop.
According to General Manager of Transportation Services John Manconi, the train system needs to run smoothly for 12 days straight before it can be handed over to the City of Ottawa.
