Police recover stolen vehicle, charge one person

Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 35-year-old Pembroke resident after recovering a stolen vehicle.
On Feb. 16, at approximately 2:30 p.m., UOV officers observed a vehicle that had previously been reported stolen. During the investigation, a male was identified and arrested.
Richard Farr Jr. has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime as well as fail to comply with probation order.
The accused remains in custody until his next court appearance.
