Gatineau police have made a second arrest in connection to the homicide investigation of Trevor Turner, a 22-year-old Gatineau man who was found lying outside of a business with serious injuries in Aylmer in May.

Kieran Burbank, 20, of Gatineau was arrested on Wednesday, June 29 at around 2 p.m. and will appear before a Quebec court on Thursday, June 30 to answer to a charge of manslaughter.

Police say Burbank is already known to the Gatineau force.

Last week, police arrested 19-year-old Malcolm Smith on the charge of accessory after the fact to the commission of manslaughter.

Shortly before 2 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, police received a call about a man with serious upper body injuries in front of 51 rue Court.

Police attended to the scene and found Turner at the address.

Turner later died of his stabbing injuries.

The investigation continues.

Anyone with information about the investigation is asked to contact Gatineau police at 819-243-4636, option 1.
