Winter hangs on with one week to go until spring

Spring arrives in Ottawa next week, but we've still got plenty of winter weather to get through.
1310 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor is forecasting periods of snow through the day Tuesday, continuing into the evening hours.
Jill is calling for 3-5 cm of snow through the day and another 3-5 cm for the evening.
Another 3-5 cm is expected Wednesday.
Spring officially arrives in Ottawa at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20.
