Woman struck by tree branch suffers fractured arm

A woman was struck by a fallen tree branch Monday morning. 

According to the Ottawa Paramedic Service, a woman in her 50's suffered a fractured arm when she was struck by a large branch near Main Street. 

The incident happened around 9:15 a.m. 

Paramedics said there have been at least three other calls for minor head injuries from falling ice.
