By Alex Black

Ottawa's Zak's Diner is expanding into Lanark County.

The popular eatery, known for its 50's theme and comfort food, is opening a fourth location, in Carleton Place.

The new restaurant will be located in the space once occupied by the Tap House Grill & Sports Bar at 515 McNeely Ave.

“We are overwhelmed with all of the excitement and love we've received from each one of you,” says an Instagram post by Zak's Diner. “Thank you for making this family-owned business a dream come true.”
