Olympiques edge Moncton for fourth straight win

With the win, Gatineau has now won four straight games.

Cam MacDonad's 26th goal of the 2022-2023 Québec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) season proved to be the game winner as the Gatineau Olympiques beat the visiting Moncton Wildcats by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday, Feb. 1. 

Cole Cormier and Riley Kidney also scored for Gatineau. 

With the win, Gatineau has now won four straight games. 

Francesco Lapenna stopped 33 of 35 shots he faced, earning the win in goal for the Olympiques. 

Gatineau continues its homestand as the team hosts the Saint John Sea Dogs at the Slush Puppie Centre on Feb. 4.
