Police lay charges in fatal shooting on Clarence Street

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) homicide unit has laid second degree murder charges in the shooting death of 36-year-old Vuyo Kashe.

Kashe was gunned down on Clarence Street on Friday, July 15.

The OPS has charged 36-year-old Yohanna David Chol, who appeared in court on Sunday, July 17 and remains in custody.
