Two Constance Bay 20-year-olds face charges after armed robbery in Arnprior

The Renfrew detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is charging a couple of young Ottawans after investigating a robbery on Russell Street North in the Town of Arnprior. 

Officers say a young person was robbed of his personal belongings at gunpoint on March 3. 

As a result of the investigation OPP officers executed a search warrant in the City of Ottawa. 

Tanner Gunsolas, 20, and Sheralan Murray, 20, of Constance Bay have been charged with:

  • Robbery with a firearm
  • Use weapon during commission of an offence
  • Possession of stolen property
  • Possession of illicit drugs for the purpose of trafficking

Gunsolas faces two further counts under the criminal code:

  • Use disguise during commission of an offence
  • Point firearm

Both accused were released to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on April 28.
