Lawyer concerned over proposed changes to criminal code

The proposed changes to the criminal code have passed its third reading. One of the changes includes the removal of peremptory challenges which allows lawyers to remove a potential juror without giving a reason. But Calgary lawyer, Balfour Der, says the changes would make it harder to find an impartial jury. Kristen Fong has more.
