Opposition says energy plan should be debated

Opposition energy critic John Yakabuski says the Liberals are the government so it’s their energy plan that should be debated.
Yakabuski says that’s something Finance Minister Dwight Duncan doesn’t want to do.
Duncan says the campaign for next October’s election is underway, and it’s time the Tories outlined their energy stand instead of just criticizing the government.
The government released its 20-year energy plan this week.
