Gingerbread house recall

Another gingerbread house product has been recalled this Christmas.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning people not to consume the Rolf’s Patisserie Brand and Whole Food Market Brand Gingerbread Houses due to fears that the products could be contaminated with Staphylococcus toxic bacteria.

The product is sold in a package of four at 435 grams for each house. They bear the UPC code  23680200000. The packages have been distributed throughout Ontario.

There have been no reported illnesses as a result of eating the houses at this time.
