18-year-old killed in snowmobile accident

Ontario provincial officers from Lanark County are investigating a fatal snowmobile accident.
It happened around 8:40 Sunday night in Mississippi Mills on Camelon Road.
18-year-old Taylor Bruce of Almonte died after colliding with a telephone pole.
He and a friend had just bought used snowmobiles earlier in the day. The friend was with him but not involved in the accident.
Meantime, grief counselors were called in, Tuesday, to help students at Almonte High School deal with the tragedy.
A memorial has been set up at the crash site, where people have dropped off flowers and handwritten messages.
