New transportation plan for Westboro

Ottawa city council approved a plan Wednesday to shift modes of transportation in Westboro to more sustainable forms of getting around.
The plan identifies initiatives that can be implemented over the next 15 years to encourage more walking, cycling, transit and carpooling and to prevent future widening of Richmond Road.
