APOLOGY — A 1310News story about Russell Williams that appeared on our website early Wednesday March 23 contained sentences that were borrowed and duplicated from an Ottawa Sun story, without attribution. We took the story down immediately when we learned of the error on March 23. It is the policy of 1310News to properly attribute material from other news sources. 1310News apologizes to the Ottawa Sun and its online readers and its staff writer Tony Spears, and to our online readers for this serious lapse.
