Ottawa lab tech charged with sex assault

A 23-year-old Ottawa man has been charged with sexual assault in connection with an alleged incident in the east end last week.

An 18-year-old woman told police she was inappropriately touched by a lab technician while having some blood work done at a medical facility April 6.

Police arrested Patrick Bellot Guiste Tuesday. He is to appear in court Wednesday.
