A 45-year-old man will spend the next 60 days in jail. Paul Hemming pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing bodily harm.
This after an accident in February of last year left a woman with serious injuries. Hemming’s vehicle strayed over the middle line on Leikin Drive in the south end, into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The Sun reports the female driver suffered permanent damage to her left eye, shifted vertebrae and a shifted pelvis.
