Senators select 6th overall in N.H.L Draft

The Ottawa Senators are expected to select a forward with their first selection in tonight’s N.H.L. draft in Minnesota. The Senators have the sixth overall pick and two first rounders including the 21st selection obtained from Nashville in the deal for Mike Fisher. Overall, the Sens have six picks in the first three rounds and a dozen selections in all. Among those who could put on a Senators jersey tonight, Sean Couturier of the Drummondville Voltigeurs, Gabriel Landeskog of the Kitchener Rangers, or Ryan Strome of the Niagara Ice Dogs.
