Police ID victim in collision with cruiser

OTTAWA – The province’s police watchdog has released the name of a woman killed in a weekend crash near Morrisburg, in eastern Ontario.
Judith Fleury, 52, of Williamsburg died early Sunday when her vehicle and a provincial police cruiser collided at the intersection of County Road 31 and Deeks Road, about 40 kilometres west of Cornwall.
Fleury was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the crash at 12:30 a.m., while one female and two male passengers were taken to hospitals in Ottawa and Winchester.
Their conditions are not known.
The police officer was treated for minor injuries.
