Busy 24 hours for OPP and Operation Impact

It’s been a busy long weekend so far for the OPP and their Operation Impact.
Between 7:30 yesterday morning and 7:30 this morning…police province wide handed out 21-hundred tickets for speeding, laid 23 racing charges and 378 charges for not wearing a seatbelt.
There were also 134 charges laid for distracted driving and 53 charges for driving while impaired.
Operation Impact continues through Monday.
