Greg Etue, Husband of CTV anchor Carol Anne Meehan, found dead west of Ottawa

OTTAWA – Killaloe OPP have recovered the body of 56-year-old Greg Etue, the local pharmacist and husband of CTV news anchor Carol Ann Meehan.
Etue had been missing since January 16. His body was discovered Monday afternoon at 12:30 about three hours west of Ottawa.
“He was found in a vehicle on Highcrest Lane in Brundenell, which is near Killaloe,” said O.P.P. Sgt. Kristine Rae who told 1310News foul play is not suspected and a post-mortem is to be scheduled.
Etue had been suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and had been fighting a rare, aggressive form of tongue cancer for two years.
After news spread his body had been found, people went to Twitter to express their condolences to Meehan and her family calling the news “devastating” and “heartbreaking” and writing that their thoughts and prayers are with them.
