A 20-year-old man, who helped clean blood from the car used in a teenagers murder, has been given an 18 month conditional sentence, including nine months of house arrest.
Khaled Wehbe must also perform 100 hours of community service and be on probation for two years.
Wehbe and 18-year-old Zakaria Dourhnou wiped up the blood splatter from the car where 16-year-old Yazden Ghiasi was shot to death then dumped along Booth Street in December 2010.
Wehbe’s cousins, Abdulhamid and Mohammed Wehbe, are both facing second degree murder charges.
Mohamed Wehbe remains wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant.
