OTTAWA, Ont. – The clocks spring forward ahead to Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m. on Sunday, which means we lose an hour.
Experts said the shift in time can be punishing to the body, and suggested people take naps to make up the difference.
Police have reminded drivers to be extra careful on Monday as statistics have shown that the day after the time change is a bad day for accidents on the road.
