Another day, another lottery win!
Ottawa resident Wayne Bernard has won last week’s $12.9-million Lotto 6/49 draw.
He said he wasn’t able to sleep all night after he found out he won.
This is the fifth big win in the Ottawa area since December. Last month a couple from Limoges won the $11.5-million Lotto 6/49.
