Ottawa police have linked three sexual assaults Monday morning with two others that happened early Saturday, and are asking anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
According to police, the most recent attacks happened Monday between 6:20 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. on O’Connor and Lisgar, Preston at Saint Anthony and Loretta at Young.
In all incidents, a man came up to a woman, touching her from behind, and in two cases, tried to pull down the victim’s pants.
Similar attacks took place Saturday morning on Albert Street between Bronson and Empress Avenues.
The suspect is described as white, about 30 years old, with short dark hair and dark eyes. He was wearing a dark-coloured hoodie.
