Charges upgraded in St. Isidore stabbing

An 18-year-old man is now facing first-degree murder charges in the stabbing death of 24-year-old Joey Faubert.
Faubert’s body was found on June 30th behind a Catholic school in Saint-Isidore.
Martin Lamoureux had been charged with second-degree murder but police upgraded the charges at his court appearance on Wednesday.
Nico Soubliere, 20, of Greely, Ont., and Cody Henry, 19, of Ottawa, are also charged with first-degree murder.
Three other teens are facing lesser charges.
Lamoureux is set to appear in court again on August 3rd.
