OC Transpo and Para-Transpo having technical difficulties with phone system

OTTAWA, Ont. – The phone system servicing OC Transpo and Para-Transpo is experiencing technical difficulties Sunday morning.

The customer information lines to speak with an agent at their information centres are affected and not functioning properly.

Customers are encouraged to get schedule and bus information through 560-1000 service, texting 560560 or online through octranspo.com.

OC Transpo is working to fix the issue.
