Man facing 181 charges in global cyberbullying case back in Ottawa court

OTTAWA – An Ottawa man facing 181 charges related to the alleged cyber bullying of 38 victims in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom will be in court on Thursday.
Robert Campbell, 42, was arrested at a west end home on July 31 after an eight month investigation called ‘Project Winter.’
Eighteen of the alleged victims are from Ottawa.
Campbell faces charges including, 27 counts of criminal harassment, 85 counts of defamation libel and 69 counts of identity fraud.
