OTTAWA – A Kanata mother’s struggle with a rare, fatal disease, baby boomers concerns about health care as they age, the importance of breakfast programs for children and a transgender rowing team paddling in Ottawa this weekend are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
