Tuition hikes, Canadians sugar intake and 9-11 anniversary on Talk to the Hand

OTTAWA – Expected hikes in tuition fees over the next four years, a call from the Heart and Stroke Foundation for Canadians to reduce their daily sugar intake, reflections on the 13th anniversary of 9-11 and the Ottawa Senators preparations for the upcoming season are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
Thursday’s show rundown:
-Alastair Woods, chair of the Canadian Federation of Students-Ontario, talks to Ed about the expected hike in tuition fees over the next four years.

-Dr. Lauralyn McIntyre of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute talks to Ed about the impact of sepsis on the health of Canadians.
-Ottawa Senators assistant general manager Randy Lee talks to Ed about the team preparations for the upcoming season.
The talk show is hosted by veteran broadcaster Ed Hand Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
