Inmate wanted on Canada-wide warrant

OTTAWA–A 33-year old inmate serving time for robbery and weapons offenses is the subject of a Canada wide warrant after breaching parole.

Police say Paul Ouderkirk is known to frequent the Cornwall and Chesterville areas as well as Toronto.

Ouderkirk is a 5′ 6″ aboriginal man, weighing 180-pounds: He has several distinctive tattoos including tribal flames on his right forearm.

He also has a surgical scar on his upper chest area.
