Man shot; vehicle with bullet holes seized

OTTAWA — Police are probing the capital’s 42nd shooting of 2015, after an injured man walked into hospital.

The man arrived at hospital around 9 p.m., Wednesday, with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Ottawa Police tell 1310 NEWS, they can’t yet confirm whether the shooting happened on Banner Road, near Greenbank and Baseline roads.

The man’s vehicle, parked at the hospital, had multiple bullet holes in it. Police have seized it for evidence.

No arrests have been made so far.
