OTTAWA – The man dubbed “the pants puller” is in trouble with the law again, this time for drunk driving.
According to Postmedia, Gavin Griffiths has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for impaired driving in connection to incidents on Montreal Road on November 10.
Griffiths was impaired and driving a stolen car without a license when he ran a red light, wrapped the car around a tree and then tried to flee from police.
The judge suggested Griffiths head to the Maritimes after his time is served, as he does have family there —- warning him, that if he sticks around Ottawa, he is likely to end up back in jail.
Griffiths was first arrested two years ago for approaching multiple women from behind and attempting to pull down their pants.
He was released from jail on probation, and while out, attacked five other women. None of those cases involved pulling down their pants, but inappropriate touching over clothing.
