Police seek Ottawa man on Canada-wide warrant

OTTAWA – An Ottawa man is a wanted fugitive. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Victor Buglar, 37, for breaching parole.

Police say he’s a three-time federal offender serving a 2-year, 9-month sentence for theft and break and enter, among other charges.

Police say he has connections in Alberta, B.C., and the east coast.

Buglar is described as:

-Caucasian
-5’10” tall
-186 lbs.

He has several tattoos including a map of Newfoundland on his chest, a cross and anchors on his left forearm, and a full sleeve tribal tattoo on his right arm.
