Motorcycle crash leaves man critical

OTTAWA – An east-end motorcycle crash has sent a man to hospital in critical condition.

The man was thrown from his motorcycle when the bike collided with a car on Walkley Road near Highway 417, just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

He was rushed to hospital with multiple serious injuries. The driver of the car was not hurt.

Walkley Road was closed for a short time Sunday night, but has reopened.
