Court date for retired teacher charged with molesting students

OTTAWA – A former teacher and basketball coach who is charged with molesting four students, more than three decades ago, is due in court Tuesday.

Donald Greenham, 73, is charged with 14 offences alleged to have happened between 1970 and 1982.

Police say the incidents involved three boys and one girl, all between the ages of 14 and 17.

The investigation began in June, when a victim came forward, and police are concerned there could be more victims.

Greenham was a teacher and coach with the Ottawa-Carleton District School before retiring in the 1980’s.
