Rideau Street to reopen to buses and taxis on Thursday

OTTAWA – Rideau Street will reopen to buses and taxis at 5 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Rideau Street has been closed since mid-October for repairs to the foundation that was damaged following the massive sinkhole in June.

The city’s report on what caused the sinkhole is expected to be released sometime near the end of the year.
