OTTAWA – A freezing rain warning has ended for the Ottawa area.
1310 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor is calling for a windy day, with some clearing for the afternoon.
The rest of the week is shaping up to be quite cold, with highs between minus 7 and minus 13 C.
