10-15 cm of snow on the way for Ottawa

OTTAWA – Fresh off the heels of a record snow dump, we’ve got another blast coming.
Snow, starting Tuesday afternoon and lasting into Wednesday, will dump about 10-15 cm on Ottawa. Some areas of eastern Ontario could see up to 20 cm of snow.
“It is a prolonged event over a couple of days,” explained Jill Taylor, 1310 NEWS meteorologist.
Taylor forecasts about 3 cm of snow for this afternoon, followed by another 5-8 cm in the evening. She expects another 3 cm will fall tomorrow, as the snow tapers to flurries.
