Police charge wanted man for attempted murder

Ottawa Police have charged a 29 year old man with attempted murder in connection to a shooting in June of 2010.

Khalid Al-Enzi was wanted in relation to the shooting. He turned himself in to police on Wednesday.

Al-Enzi has been charged with several offences, including attempted murder, extortion, aggravated assault, and unlicensed possession of a firearm.

He appeared in court on June 28.
