Multiple cars damaged by fire in Vars auction lot

Ottawa firefighters were called to a car auction parking lot in Vars, Wednesday morning. 

A fire was reported at Adesa Auction, near St. Guillaume Road and Hwy 417. 

A total of 12 vehicles were damaged — six were fully involved and another six also had fire damage. 

There's no word yet on the cause of the fire.

Police and fire crews remained on the scene Wednesday morning.
